• I need to spread the word how to use the website new calendar to the Pastor and others who will be adding events.  National holidays have already automatically been added but the administrator (Pastor) can change the look and feel to whatever he feels is correct.
• I need to add name to the Blog that are authorized to author articles.  It is a really good blog software and took some time to develop.  The spell checker does not seem to work correctly so be careful.

To delete a comment, just log in and view the post’s comments. There you will have the option to edit or delete them. For now this will be a closed weblog that a few people can Author content. There are several levels of permissions to write articles and at first these will be restrictive until the administration of this content is understood. Later additional people can be added and even outsiders allowed to comment if so desired.

Webmaster has ultimate and exclusive authority at this moment but will soon ope the blog to church leaders. The leaders should use the “Register” function to sign up. The Webmaster can then assign a permission level of Admin, Editor, Author or Subscriber. At the time another Admin is assigned the current Webmaster will terminate his access and the new Admin will take over.

Editor has all the functions of adding,deleting, or commenting on anyones articles and should be restricted to a very few.

Author can write their own articles and edit, delete only their own articles.

Subscriber can comment only in so far as he can add a comment to other peoples articles. This should be restricted to church members only as SPAM is so high the site will be flooded.

Each member will be registered by Admin and will be assigned one of the above levels of permissions. The End
